| I will admit that I’m pretty ignorant when it comes to mortgages/refinances and all of the options out there, so getting involved in this process was a little unnerving. [My personal loan consultant] took the time to answer all my questions and I never felt as though he was rushing me off the phone. He was very prompt in returning my calls and e-mails and always made sure I was completely clear on everything.

I have had a dozen or more conversations with other lenders and brokers recently, but have always left feeling like they were talking down to me, and worse, I have gotten the distinct impression that they were doing their best to mislead me. Speaking with [my personal loan consultant at Countrywide] was so completely the opposite, that I felt compelled to ask him for the name of his manager so that I could tell you how lucky you are to have him on your staff there.
